Thrill the World: On October 27th, zombie dancers around the world will simultaneously dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. I’m organizing and leading the event here in St. Louis, and it’s been very fun so far. On Monday nights in October I’m teaching free “Thriller” dance classes at the Mid-County Family YMCA to prepare for the event. Please join us in this exciting endeavor!

Art and Sole Marathon

Art and Sole marathon mile markers: For the past 3 years (2005, 2006, 2007), I have collaborated with Rich Brooks and other amazing artists to create artistic mile markers for the Spirit of St. Louis marathon. In 2005 we made large sculptures to mark the miles, and for 2006 and 2007, we switched to giant running-themed paintings.

Red Bull Soapbox Derby: In October 2006, I was the art director for a Red Bull Soapbox derby team, “Semi-Coherent”. We built a miniature Semi-tractor-trailer, and it was a great experience! The whole event was tons of fun.
